1984- 1988 batch
mates had a get together in Ramada Resort, Kumbalam in Ernakulam on 15th August 2009.
The programme started at 10.00am at ramada Resort and one by one batchmates starts coming. Since we have aleady met last year in Trivandrum, it was not that difficult to recoganise each others, but there were few new comers also to this get together.
Al together we were about 75 people in Ramada Resort on that day.
The programme started with casual talks, followed by photo sessions and then lunch.
After the lunch, we had a brain storming, on how to increase the number of participants for the next get together planned at Trivandrum. We also had brain storming session on the next venbue and probable date of get together . We have finalised that next get together will be on end july 2010 to ensure all of batchmates from Gulf countries, USA and India can come without any speific issues of children exams etc.
This was followed by a magic shows for the childern.
As ususal the singing, dancing party started in the evening and went up to 3 am next day.
We have taken following decisions during our meet
1.The Next meet is going to be held At TRIVANDRUM on the 24th JULY 2010.
2. There will be a full day option and also a half day option to ensure more participation.
3.We are targeting sponsorship to reduce the charges per head for the half day option/full day option including a welcome drink in the morning, Lunch and Tea.
4.Hard drinks as usual will be sponsored.
5.The timing will be from 10 AM till about 7 or 8 PM( to be extended to mid night or later)
6.It was decided to give the responsibility of contacting, enrolling and collection of money for the get together region wise to the following members.

Data of people region wise will be sent by me to the concerned team members. Apart from that in case they are able to get from Other regions, the respective region representative should intimate the other region representative to avoid confusion.
7. Subath said that he will organize 50,000/- funding thro' private sponsors to give the event a bit more money to make it more attractive to all.
8.It was decided to concentrate on improving the attendance and holding every year a successful meet before branching off into other areas like scholarship and new letter etc..
9. Rs 10,000 was handed over to Anil Babu for the amount he advanced for the Scholarship.( actual advance was 20,000/- so we need to pay him 10.000 more that I will take care)
10.The accounts of this meet and previous meet will be sent via a separate mail shortly.
11. Money handed over to Chairman Suresh to settle Ramada dues and Magic show due, website registration and renewal of the same.
All members who have taken photograph for this event and last event are requested to send the photo CD to me for me to add that to our Archives and will continue to do so in the following years also.
A separate user friendly feed back questionnaire will be sent to all to assess the performance.
Once again I thank all who have come for the meet, and hope to see them for the next meet, and I request those who couldn’t attend this meet to try to attend the next one.
